Overview
This policy explains how we handle information on lubab.app, including the “start a project” inquiry form. It is written to be plain and honest: the site does one thing with your data, and this page describes exactly that. Questions about anything here? Email contact@lubab.app.
What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect your name, your business or company name (optional), your email, your phone number (optional), which service categories you select (optional), and your project description. For spam prevention, we also store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address (never the raw IP) and your browser’s user-agent string. That’s it — no cookies, no trackers, and no analytics beyond Cloudflare’s passive edge metrics. There are no other forms on the site.
Why we collect it
We collect this information for one reason only: to receive your inquiry and respond to it. We do not sell, rent, or share your details, and we will not add you to any mailing list.
How it’s handled
Your submission is sent over HTTPS, emailed to us at contact@lubab.app, and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (encrypted at rest). Two service providers process the data so that we can receive and reply to your message: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the database, and our email delivery provider, which transmits the notification email. They process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain submissions until we manually remove them; there is no automatic deletion yet. You can ask us to delete your information, or to send you a copy of it, at any time by emailing contact@lubab.app.
Your choices
Email contact@lubab.app to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us.
Children
The site and the inquiry form are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
